How to delete your FeelPal account
FeelPal users can delete their account directly inside the app. This will permanently remove the account and associated sign-in data. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open FeelPal and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What is deleted
When you delete your account from inside the app, FeelPal permanently deletes the account and associated sign-in data. Data tied to that account is removed from the user experience and should no longer be accessible after deletion is completed.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include any details needed to identify your account, such as your sign-in email address and the platform you used.
Retention and exceptions
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance purposes. If any such retention applies, it will be kept only for the period required for those purposes.
